for Shipments Outside Sweden
This page contains the terms and conditions for purchase from our online shop. Please read them carefully before ordering products from us. By ordering our products you have agreed to these terms and conditions. To be able to place an order in our online shop you must be 18 years or older.
All prices in the online shop are including VAT and the choices of currency are Euro (EUR) or Swedish Krona (SEK).
TERM OF DELIVERY
The cost for shipping within Europe is 7,50 Euro. Maximum weight for a standard order is 2 kilos.
If we have your requested products on stock, your order will be shipped within 1-3 days and deleivered within 14 days. Standard orders (up to 2 kilos) will be shipped by the Swedish postal company PostNord. Depending on the size, your order will be delivered directly to your mailbox or handled by the nearest pick-up point. You will be notified by mail or text message when your order is ready to be picked up.
You, as a customer, are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided at time of purchase is correct.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If a shipment is lost, or you – when picking up the parcel – notice that the outer box is damaged, you should report that to the pick-up service and save a copy of the report for your reference if something is damaged inside the box. If you notice when opening the box, that an item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us and if possible include a photo of the damaged goods. Send us an email with this report to email@example.com and mark the email “damaged goods”. We will contact you immediately to solve the situation.
Customers are responsible that the contact information entered is correct. (Kunden ansvarar för att de kontaktuppgifter som angetts är rätt)
For parcels that are not picked up within 14 days and returned by the pick-up point, Pure Effect reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping, freight and administrative costs.
Payments will be made through the service of PayPal that includes account debit or charged to credit cards.
All products remain the property of Pure Effect until full payment is made. The prices applicable are set at the date on which you place your order. Final shipping costs and payment fees are stated in the check out process before confirming the purchase.
All transfers conducted through Pure Effect are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled with SSL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions made.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
For international shipments any duties, taxes or VAT that might occur will be covered by the customer.
30 DAYS OPEN PURCHASE
If you have followed the instructions and used the products for 30 days and feel that the product doesn´t correspond to your expectations, you will have the possibility to return the product and get a refund / get the money back. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you are dissatisfied and want to return the product. Please note that the freight costs for returns will be covered by the customer.
When returning a purchased product please clearly mark the returning parcel ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to shorten handling time and for international returns avoid any Customs charges. Pure Effect will not be responsible for any charges on the returning parcel made by authorities or Customs, they are the responsibility of the customer.
How to return and get a money refund:
1. Before returning your product you need to send an email marked “Return” to email@example.com. Please explain why you want to return the product. State your order number and list the products you would like to return. Once you receive an approval from us you can return the products.
2. When returning the products, clearly mark the parcel with your order number and make sure to note the ID-number of the parcel, and keep the receipt. It’s for your own security and to be able to trace the shipment.
3. For extra security please send the ID-number to us, allowing us to follow the delivery.
4. Pure Effect will refund accepted returns immediately. Please allow a few days for the banks to handle the transfer of the funds.
When you make a purchase at pureeffectsweden.com, you should provide correct name, adress, email and/or phone number. Pure Effect will act responsibly for all personal information requested from you. The personal information will be used to ensure deliveries, for credit assessment and to provide offers and information to you until you choose to unsubscribe. The information you provide is only available to Pure Effect and will not be shared with any third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you and you always have the right to request it to be deleted or corrected. By accepting Pure Effect´s terms and conditions, you agree to the above.
Events outside Pure Effect´s control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Pure Effect is released from its obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are, but not limited to; government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
