A subscription with us is simple and flexible.

The whole point of subscribing is to make life easier. When you choose a subscription with Pure Effect, your favorite products are automatically delivered at the interval you prefer. You save time, money, and help reduce unnecessary wear on clothes — and on the planet.

How it works

You simply choose to subscribe to a product at your preferred delivery interval.
Payment is automatically processed before each delivery via Shopify Payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
You can log in to your account at any time to pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription.
We’ll send you an email confirmation before each renewal.

Easy to manage – You can cancel your subscription anytime – no strings attached.
Never run out of your favorites – Subscribers get priority access to our products and never risk running out of their Pure Effect essentials.

Cancellations, pauses & changes

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account.
To prevent a scheduled delivery from being shipped, please make any changes at least 3 days before the next renewal date.
When you cancel, you won’t be charged for future deliveries.

Payment

Payment is processed automatically through the payment method you selected when starting your subscription.
If a payment fails, the system will automatically retry before pausing the subscription.

Delivery

We deliver within Sweden via PostNord or DHL, and within Europe with UPS or FedEx. Shipping terms follow our general purchase conditions.

Right of withdrawal & claims

Subscriptions are covered by the same right of withdrawal and return policy as all other purchases from Pure Effect.
