Shipping Costs
Sweden: 39 SEK, within 3-5 work days. Free shipping over 500 SEK in Sweden.
EU: 7 euros, within 5-10 workdays.
Global: 10-20 euros (see checkout), within 10-15 workdays.
Delivered by PostNord/DHL/UPS/FedEx.
Please note that customs fees may apply.
Delivery
Your order will be shipped from Pure Effect AB within 1-3 days after it has been placed. Delivery is handled by Posten/DHL and distributed on weekdays according to their terms. The total delivery time is usually 2-5 business days.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided at the time of purchase are correct. Pure Effect AB assumes the transport risk, meaning the risk of a product being damaged or lost during shipment to the customer. However, the customer bears the risk when returning items to Pure Effect AB. Any transport damages must be reported to Pure Effect AB within seven business days from the date of delivery. Customers should unpack and inspect their products as soon as they are received.
Damaged Goods
If a customer discovers transport damage, they must contact customer service via email. The subject line should be "damaged goods" and sent to info@pureeffectsweden.com. Please note that the product must not be used, and the original packaging must be retained for inspection during the claims process.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected, Pure Effect reserves the right to charge the customer to cover shipping and handling costs. Please note that packages are held for approximately two weeks at the Posten pickup location or DHL ServicePoint.
