GENERAL CONDITIONS

The following general terms and conditions apply to the sale of products in our webshop. Please read carefully before confirming your purchase with us. By confirming a purchase of our products, you agree to these terms and conditions of delivery and purchase. To place an order you must be at least 18 years old.

Prices

Prices are quoted in Swedish kronor, including VAT (25%). And in Euro for customers within the European Union.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS

Shipping costs

Pure Effect AB delivers all completed orders from SEK 500 and above free of charge within Sweden. For orders under 500 SEK we have a unit shipping cost of 39 SEK. For orders within the European Union we have a unit shipping cost of 7 euros. For orders from other countries we have a unit shipping cost of 30 euros, or send us an email to info@pureeffectsweden.com to discuss an exact price according to weight of your order.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped from Pure Effect AB within 1 workday after your order is placed. Your delivery will be sent by PostNord/DHL and will be distributed on weekdays according to their own terms. The total delivery time is usually 3-5 working days. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided at the time of purchase are correct.

Pure Effect AB is responsible for the transport risk, i.e. the risk of a product being damaged or lost in transit to the customer. The customer is responsible for the risk in case of return to Pure Effect AB. The customer must notify Pure Effect AB of any damage in transit within seven working days from the time the delivery was received. The customer is therefore responsible for unpacking and inspecting the condition of the products as soon as possible after receipt.

Damaged goods

If the customer discovers a transport damage, the customer must contact customer service by e-mail. Title the case "damaged goods" and send to info@pureeffectsweden.com. Please note that the product must not be used and that the customer must keep the packaging of the product so that it can be inspected when dealing with the claim.

Unclaimed goods

In the event of non-collection, Pure Effect reserves the right to charge the customer to cover the costs of shipping and handling. Please note that your package will remain at the delivery or service point for approximately two weeks.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

30 days open purchase

We care about your satisfaction! If you find that the products do not live up to your expectations, even though you have carefully read and used them according to the user instructions, we will give you a refund. In this case, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase by sending an email to info@pureeffectsweden.com and tell us why you are dissatisfied and want to return the product. Please note that the additional shipping cost will be charged to you as the customer.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer always have an open purchase period of 14 days when shopping online. The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is in unaltered condition, and the withdrawal period starts from the day the customer receives the product. The customer pays the return freight and we would like the original packaging to be included if possible. If the customer cancels the purchase, the product will be sent back, well packed, with details of the name and order number. The customer is responsible for the return of the product until it is received by Pure Effect AB. The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies. Pure Effect AB will refund the purchase price paid within 30 days after the returned product has been received by Pure Effect. To use the right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@pureeffectsweden.com. Mark the email "Right of withdrawal" and we will contact you immediately.

Complaints

In the event of a complaint, we recommend that the customer contacts Pure Effect AB by email info@pureeffectsweden.com. Pure Effect AB will reimburse the Customer for any shipping costs in connection with a complaint. The customer must contact us within a reasonable period of time so that we can rectify the fault. Once we have received the product and checked it, we will reimburse you for the value of the product and any shipping costs. Please note that you should always contact customer service before returning anything to us. info@pureeffectsweden.com. Please mark the email with "Complaint".

NOTE! Pure Effect AB does not redeem packages returned against cash on delivery or COD. Please note that we charge the actual fees if you return something that we are charged for by the shipping company.
